These terms apply to purchases from StoreFrontControl (“we”, “us” or “our”) through this website, Stripe checkout, email or an accepted quotation. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information is accurate and that you have authority to purchase for yourself or the named business.
2. Products and programming
We supply physical NFC and QR products that are programmed to open a customer-provided destination, such as a Google review page, website, social profile or contact link. Images are representative; minor differences in colour, finish, packaging or layout may occur without affecting functionality.
You are responsible for supplying a correct, lawful destination link and checking any proof or confirmation we request. We are not responsible for errors in information approved or supplied by you, or for changes made by third-party platforms after delivery.
3. Orders and contract formation
An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order by sending confirmation or beginning fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including where stock, pricing, destination content or payment information is problematic. If payment has been collected for an order we cannot accept, we will refund it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total displayed at checkout or in an accepted quotation is the amount payable, including any stated delivery charge. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
Volume estimates are indicative until the final product mix, programming requirements and delivery routing are confirmed. Bespoke or multi-location work may require a deposit or separate written quotation.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. Unless another date is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within 30 days. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you identify to receive it.
6. Cancellations and returns
Standard, non-personalised goods bought online may usually be cancelled within 14 days after delivery. Products programmed, printed, branded or otherwise made to your specification may be exempt from the change-of-mind cancellation right once customisation has begun. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods. See our Returns & Replacements Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use our products to direct people to illegal, deceptive, malicious, infringing or unsafe content. You must not present an NFC or QR destination in a misleading way. We may refuse programming or support where we reasonably believe the intended use creates legal, security or reputational risk.
8. Third-party services
NFC products may link to services operated by Google, Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp or other third parties. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Their availability, account rules, URLs and features are outside our control.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses, lost profits, platform outages or loss caused by incorrect customer-supplied information. For business customers, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms for future orders. The version accepted when you order will govern that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
